TOURNAMENT PAYOUT RULES

 

  1. The divisions will be divided into equal number of players (based on players handicap index)

·          Players with the same handicap may play  in different divisions (6.1 in 1st and 6.2 in 2nd)

·          Max players/team per division is 26 and once reached a new division will be created

·          If there is odd number of players the lower divisions will have more players (for example 90 players will create 1st & 2nd division of 22 and 3rd and 4th of 23 players)

 

  1. The payout ratio is 1 in 3 (33.33 % of the field)

 

  1. Men’s Club contribution will be divided evenly across divisions

 

  1. The player is entitled to one payout per tournament and to the highest dollar amount eligible

·          If a player is in a three-way tie for1st low gross for $75 payout and is also eligible for  the 2nd low net  for $100 payout – he will receive the 2nd low net payout

·          the gross payout will take precedence when a player is eligible for the same payout amount in the gross and net divisions

 

  1. The ties will be paid out by dividing the sum of the payout spots remaining with the number of players tied

·          If two players tie for 1st Net - the 1st and 2nd Net payouts will be added and divided by two for the same payout to each player.  3rd Net is the next spot paid out

·          If two or more players tie for the last spot the money is divided evenly to each player

 

  1. Payout percentages per player ($ amounts based on $15 entry fee & $5 Men’s club contribution)

·          dollar amount and percentage difference increase with each payout spot

·          the dollar amounts will not be rounded to the nearest dollar

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Tombstone tournament - one division (based on course rating of 69 + handicap)

 

 

  1. Match Play Payouts per player (4 player/team divisions payout 1st-75%/$60 & 2nd-25%/$20)
